Britney Spears’ Biography

Britney Spears’ actual name is Britney Jane Spears. She is a well known pop singer of America. She is also a song writer, author, actress and dancer. Some of her famous music videos and albums are Baby One More Time, Oops! I did it again etc. Another music video of Britney namely the Toxic is also the Grammy Award winning album.

 

Childhood:

Britney Spears was born on December 2, 1981 at McComb, Mississippi. Britney’s father James Parnell Spears was a building contractor and her mother Lynne Irene Bridges was a grade school teacher. Britney’s brother is one of her managers and her sister is also a famous singer.

Britney Spears used attend gymnastic classes and took part in a number of state-level competitions at the young age of nine. Even a year before this, Britney Spears used to perform in the Baptist church choirs and was participating in the auditioning of The New Mickey Mouse club of the Disney channel. One of the producer on the set introduced Britney Spears to an agent in New York, as she was considered too young to participate in the series of the Disney Channel. After this Britney Spears joined the Professional Performing Arts School and spent the next three years there.

It was in the year 1998, Britney Spears’ debut music album “Baby One More” was released. This album which was also accompanied by a music video hit the airwaves. Britney Spears’ was featured in a school uniform in this album. The album became very successful in the international level and also has the credit of becoming UKs No.1 selling album. This was her first solo single album that fetched revenue close to 9 millions.

Following the success of her debut album, Britney Spears’ got ready for the release of her second music album namely “Oops! I did it again”. Her second album also took the same successful path of her debut and became the no.1 to be sold in the U.S.

Career Achievements during 2001 – 2003:

Following the continuous success of Britney Spears’, she became notable in the music industry and also a popular culture. After such big hits, Britney was offered a multi million dollar promotional deal by PEPSI.

Britney Spears’ third music edition was released in the year 2001 in which Britney herself did the co-writing of five of the albums’ tracks. The third album also hit the U.S. sales to the number one position.

In the Zone was the fourth album of Britney Spear that was released in the year 2003. In her fourth album, Britney co-wrote eight out of the thirteen songs which the album contained. She also co-produced some of the materials which were the first time to be done.

Marriage, children and divorce (2004 – 2006)

Jason Jallen Alexander was the childhood friend of Britney Spears’ whom she married in the year 2004. Due to lack of understanding of each others’ likes and dislikes, their marriage lasted only for a period of 55 hours. Later in the month of October, 2004, she married Kevin Federline at a residence in California. The year following this marriage, Britney gave birth to a baby boy who was named as Sean Preston Federline. After losing her aunt whom she was very close in the month of January 2007, Britney Spears entered a drug rehabilitation facility in Antigua, where she stayed for less than 24 hours. The night following that day, Britney Spears went to a haircutting salon in California where she shaved her hair off and became Britney Spears bald. This act of Britney Spears becoming bald becomes a hot cake in the media market. Despite, the request of her manager to the media not to publicize Britney Spears Bald, many pictures were released.
