Halle Berry got married twice. She first married baseball player David Justice in the year 1992. Because of their professions the couple found it difficult to continue in the relationship. This resulted in the separation of the couple.

Later in the year 2001, Halle Berry married musician Eric Benet. Even her second marriage resulted in break-up and separation. Both these events reportedly happened in the years 2004 & 2005 respectively. During their togetherness, Halle Berry decided to adopt Eric’s daughter India, but her plans didn’t materialize.

As of the year 2006, Halle Berry was reportedly dating French supermodel Gabriel Aubry. He is actually younger to Halle Berry by 9 years. Berry also revealed to the media that she wanted to adopt children.

Halle Berry was involved in car accident in the year 2000. The accident turned out to be a controversy as the accident happened because of Halle Berry passed a red signal and hit another vehicle. She also had fled the place before the police arrived at the spot. Berry also had sustained a head injury as a result of that accident. When questioned by the police about how all it happened, she claimed that she do not remember what had happened at the spot. Finally she ended up paying some amount as fine and was placed on probation for a period of three years.
