Halle Berry is almost 40 years old, but she is still smoking hot! I remember seeing her for the first time in a movie, I believe it was Beverly Hills Cop with Eddie Murphy or some other action movie. Unfortunately, her character comes to an early demise, but I took note of her immediately as the hottest black actress who has ever lived.
Obviously, Bruce Willis and Halle Berry are putting on show for the cameras as you can see in the TV program Extra’s red carpet report below, but you can’t help but wonder if two stars like these still get star-struck by each other. I mean Bruce Willis has been making movies since the late ‘80, and he is still very active and successful (even though he is not getting younger, he still comes across as a bonified action hero). Doesn’t Halle Berry go: “Man, it’s great! I’ll be working with Bruce Willis”? And Halle is one of the hottest things on the face of the Earth, and she won an Oscar (more on that later). Isn’t Bruce impressed by that?
At the premiere, Halle Berry and Bruce Willis were flirting with each other quite a bit. Bruce even made a joke about Halle being one of his favorite three some fantasies. The reporter was cool enough to run it by Halle who was of course outraged, but was a good sport about it at the same time. When the reporter got back around to Bruce to tell him about her reaction, he wasn’t surprised.
Some criticise Bruce Willis for being maybe too old to be action flicks like Die Hard any more. I think that under the right circumstances he is still believable as a though guy. On top of everything, he is a half decent actor unlike Aronld who was great in his own right, but basically could only play himself. With Bruce there is depth to his characters, he can still deliver his lines in a way that I have no problem believing that he is what he’s supposed to be. I am certain that there are still a few years left in him yet.
Halle Berry, on the other hand, is not the great actress she is made out to be Oscar or no Oscar. I think main reason she got the award that year (along with Denzel Washington, by the way) that the Academy wanted to salute black actors. It was a nice gesture, but I thought the Oscars were there to recognize great work in the movies. On top of everything, Halle Berry made a fool of herself with her speech. She was all full of herself being black when her father is one of the lightest skinned black dudes out there, and her mother is 100 percent white, which makes her more white than black. Pretty sad, if you asked me.
